Kim Jong-un “Denuclearization to be done step by step in the case of peace establishment between Korea-US”

The Chinese government, on March 28, revealed that a high-ranking official of North Korea, who was in Beijing on March 25, was chairman of the North Korean Workers' Party, and had a summit meeting with Chinese President Hu Jintao. According to local media, including the Chinese government and Xinhua News Agency, on the March 28, Kim visited China for four days from March 25 with invitation of the city, and held a summit meeting with North Korea on the 26th at the People`s Congress in Beijing. During the talks, Kim and his delegation agreed to strengthen strategic communication, such as regular dispatch of special envoys, ahead of the inter-Korean and US-North summit talks. They also agreed to restore the North Korean-North Korean relationship, which had been turned into a North Korean nuclear-missile provocation, into a traditional bloody relationship.
Kim stated, "It is our consistent position to endeavor to realize the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula by supporting the grandfather and father`s duties," said Kim. "We decided to make North-South relations into reconciliation and cooperation. If South Korea and the United States create a peaceful atmosphere through good efforts and take steps to denuclearize, denuclearization of the Korean peninsula can be resolved," he said. It is interpreted that it has demanded measures corresponding to denuclearization in the process of future summit talks between North and South Korea by attaching the condition of `good faith` to Korea and the US while declaring the will to denuclearize.
Kim also added, "In the process, we hope to strengthen strategic communication with China and to keep peace and stability on the Korean peninsula. China will play a constructive role in the Korean Peninsula issue.”
Kim and his delegate decided to restore relations after the summit.
Chairman Kim said, "Cho Jae-yong is my dignified duty to continue to treat my generation as if it were my life." "The traditional North Korean friendship has been achieved by long-time senior leaders of both nations and the two nations, and it is a valuable asset of both countries," said Moon.
Kim left Beijing on March 27 at 3 pm on special train and returned to Pyongyang on the morning of March 28. On that day, Chosun Central News Agency reported that Chairman Kim accepted Kim`s invitation to visit North Korea. If the Chinese President`s visit to North Korea comes to an end, it is only 13 years since President Hu Jintao in October 2005.
The two officials will meet with President Moon Jae-in on March 30 and plan to hold talks and dinner with the National Security Agency chief Justice to explain the results of the summit, the Cheong Wa Dae said that a member of the Politburo of China`s diplomatic affairs in Yangzhou, China.
