3. Personal information share and provision

6. Personal information destruction procedure and method


Digital Times Co., Ltd. shall destroy the personal information without delay, once the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. The destruction procedure and method are as below;

The membership information shall be kept for a certain period after the information use purpose is achieved and the all information shall destroyed for a certain period of time in accordance with internal policy and other relevant laws and regulations.
Personal information shall not be used for any other reason except usage in accordance with relevant law.

- Electronic personal information records shall be deleted that shall not be restored.

7. Right and right exercise of the service user and a legal representative


Users have the right to view or modify their registered personal information at any time and may request subscription termination. To view the personal information of the users, to change the personal information (or modify the member's information), to cancel the membership (withdraw the consent), click ‘Membership withdrawal’ to withdraw your membership in relevant procedure.


Or users can request person in charge of personal information in written, phone or e-mail to withdraw membership without delay.
If a member request correction of errors in relevant personal information, Digital Times shall not use or provide a member’s personal information until a member has completed the correction. Also, in the case of wrong personal information is already provided to a third party, Digital Times shall notify the third party without delay and proceed with the information correction.
The Digital Times shall process personal information that has been terminated or deleted at the request of the user, as specified in the ‘Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information Collected by Digital Times’ and the personal information are prohibited from being viewed or accessed for any other purpose.

8. Installation and operation of auto personal information collection device and refusal on the this policy
