[Digital Times, Jong Ye-rin] SK Telecom has introduced `no-lease plan` to ultra-low-priced service plans, and actually expanded it to full fare plans. Recently, mobile carriers are willing to take a firm stance in a situation where they are offering countermeasures to the government`s universal fare system, such as lowering rates and reorganizing contracts.

SK Telecom has added a fee plan user from KRW 8,000 to 18,000 per month to the no-go plan. The company expanded its service coverage within two weeks after launching the no-commitment plan on May 5.

An unplanned plan is a program which provides points that can be used for payment of fees or terminal charges without making an agreement. Depending on the monthly payment, 2000 ~ 9000 points (KRW) will be earned per month. Users who plan less than KRW 8000 ~ 18000 per month will be able to earn 2000 points per month in the future. In the past, it provided points for range-only users who spend less than KRW 18,000 ~ 30,000, less than 30,000 to less than 60,000, and those who pay more than KRW 60,000. While expanding coverage, virtually all SK Telecom plan users can subscribe to unplanned plan services. A SK Telecom official said, "We added an additional section to ensure the service to all users," he said. "More than 99% of unauthorized users, except users who use special charges such as Internet (IoT) and routers, are targeted."

SK Telecom, the number-one provider of wireless communications, is expanding its subscription service with a low-priced rate plan that includes standard rate plans, and KT and LG U + In the case of KT and LG U +, only users who use the no-over-fee plan of 32,890 won or more now receive additional data. According to the industry, the rate of users of this rate system is 60 to 70% of all unaccredited users, and low-priced users are out of the service range.

A KT representative said, "Currently, there is no plan to add a plan," he said. LG U + said, "Not only self-service users but also users who have already signed contracts are choosing a no-fee plan." We will examine various services for users."

However, KT and LG U + s unrelated plan differs from SK Telecom`s no - take plan. Once KT and LG U + are more data-driven, SK Telecom can accumulate points and use it for device changes and payment.

Besides, KT and LG U + should sign up for a plan, while SK Telecom`s `no-contract plan` is an additional service, not a plan. A SK Telecom official said, "We are the first to provide a de facto rate discount for unauthorized users."
