¡®Experimental results show that interactive content, which can be experienced more directly than simple one-way content, stimulates children`s brain rhythm.

KT said on the 15th that the two-way content of the brainwave experiment conducted three times over the past six to ten days has raised the child`s learning ability and relieved stress. According to the results of this experiment, KT plans to expand and distribute interactive contents for children through IPTV OleTV.

KT conducted EEG tests on 6-year-old children through Digi-ECO, an economic management research institute. DigiOECO showed the unidirectional content YouTube and the interactive TV content OleTV`s "TV-Sleep" to the children and measured the degree to which EEG responded. The experiment was conducted using the official brain wave analyzer of the National Brain Trainer Association.

Experimental results show that children`s overall brain rhythm after reading interactive content has improved by 26%.

Particularly, in the case of unidirectional contents, the values of the Cetaph and Alpha increase in meditation or stabilization were 58% and 67%, respectively, while 80% and 90% respectively when they were interacting with each other. When viewing interactive content, both EEGs were increased by 39% and 34%, respectively. Also, when asked for attention or awakening, SMR waves were also 26% higher when viewing interactive content.

The stress index also showed a decline. When the unidirectional content was viewed, the stress index was 50.4, while the interactive content was 37.4.

In addition, the balance of the left and right brains has also increased.

KT plans to diversify the interactive kids content available through OLE TV, according to the results of the experiment. TVSK is a virtual reality (VR) content that allows users to play IPTV and smart phones and dance with characters on TV screen.

Based on the results, KT is working on strengthening the content of the Cultural Center, a corner of TVSZ.

KT is currently developing `ballet` contents so that children can become direct ballerinas and ballerinas and learn dance in the TV screen. Currently, the Cultural Center is only offering one type of yoga.

One KT official said, "We are discussing with various experts and companies to create interactive contents." We are also working on the development of interactive content by age.
