Daishin Securities¡¯ AI-based `ChatBot Benjamin`

Investor A recently joined the Mobile Trading System (MTS) to conduct another stock transaction but did not think the ID and password would be active. He tried calling the call center. However, the watch had already pointed to 6 pm. A while he was looking at MTS to find his ID, he found `Robot Benjamin`, an artificial intelligence (AI) robot capable of consulting 24 hours a day.

Daishin Securities is running ChatBot Benjamin for the first time among brokerage houses to accept and resolve 24-hour user inquiries on behalf of the call center.

Daishin Securities has created Benjamin based on an artificial intelligence engine developed by itself in February of this year, and introduced a machine learning method that learns itself like a human, unlike the existing chatbot. Benjamin`s name comes from the name of Benjamin Graham, the founder and father of securities analysis.

The current cumulative number of chatbot Benjamin users is 35,000, which is 4.8 % points out of five.

When the reporter tried to talk to Benjamin himself, he was satisfied too.

First of all, in the dialogue, "What about the stock market today?" Benjamin showed the KOSPI of the current time in one second. They followed the KOSPI 200, the won-dollar exchange rate along with the yen-dollar exchange rate, respectively. The reporter asked, "This is the Kospi band this week." Benjamin showed an article that predicted a week-long market. I clicked on one of the articles and was able to see the full text.

I was also asked about the stock price of the stock that is interested in getting rid of it.

Samsung Electronics` share price and the number of trading days showed fluctuation. Espeically, it scored market indicators such as supply, demand, and financial status of the stocks, and gave a score of 100 points. In addition, the current status of the event is provided as a clear, rain, and cloudy view, so that the current status of the event can be more easily grasped.

It entered the recent issues such as `North Korea` and `Trump` and introduced related news.

The journalist decided to ask questions related to securities business a little more.

When the reporter asked, "Today`s recommended item," Benjamin instructed him to go to the excavation screen. When asked, "Give me a fund," it showed the most popular top-performing funds and the top-performing funds, or guided the counselor.

Benjamin is also recommending financial products to existing stock traders based on investment data such as behavior pattern, counseling and transaction history. There are more than 40 recommended financial products such as funds, bonds, and stock-linked securities (ELS).

The reporter entered `public offering subscription,` Benjamin raised his thumb and introduced ways to subscribe to public offerings. In addition, users can ask questions such as` subscription to public subscription,`` competition subscription contest, `and` public subscription history confirmation that the search was able to search.

Meanwhile, it was also possible to ask Benjamin for a simple greeting or greeting. The reporter asked Benjamin, "Are you a girl?" and replied, "I am a healthy man." "How old is it?" He said, "Shh! It`s a secret." "What would be good for a lunch menu?" I asked, "Do not worry. Benjamin repeatedly recommended the liver.¡±

However, there was a part that Benjamin was the first year of learning.

The weather question asked it about the current location and weather in other areas, and it could not tell tomorrow`s weather. When asked about the nearest branch, he said, "You asked a question I did not study. I will study hard and meet your expectation."

A representative of Daishin Securities stated, "Benjamin is currently available not only in MTS but also in home trading system (HTS), Daishin Securities homepage, and KakaoTalk." We will continue to improve Benjamin by focusing on users¡±
